As a consequence of her appointment as CEO of Udviklingsselskabet By & Havn I/S, with whom TK Development A/S has a longstanding relationship, Anne Skovbro, Director of Philanthropy at Realdania, is resigning from the Board of Directors of TK Development A/S.
During the period until the next annual general meeting, to be held in spring 2019, the Board of Directors, which is now composed of Peter Thorsen, Henrik Heideby, Arne Gerlyng-Hansen and Michael Bruhn, will consider whether any additional members should be elected to the Board.
Board committee members will be appointed at the next board meeting.
