Intellitronix to Enter Robotics Field


EASTLAKE, Ohio, June 12, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Intellitronix, a wholly-owned subsidiary of US Lighting Group (OTC:USLG), today announced that it has been advancing negotiations with Promobot., LLC, a manufacturer of service-oriented robots in Eastern Europe, for the exclusive rights to market Promobot in the United States.

“We are very excited to become the exclusive distributor of Promobot in the United States,” said Intellitronix CEO Paul Spivak. “As engineers, we feel that a product as unique as Promobot has many applications, such as helping consumers as an information resource they can interact with.”

At this time, no details of the contract are available for publication, however, the parties believe that Promobot gives Intellitronix an opportunity to expand revenues in an area where there is little competition – yet high demand.
