The M-100: The Essentials of Community Association Management course is a comprehensive educational program that provides a practical overview for new managers, an essential review for veteran managers, and an advanced course for board members. Successfully completing the M-100 class is the first step toward earning the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®) credential, awarded by Community Association Managers International Certification Board (CAMICB).
