Cremation services are the Company’s primary operations. During the first half of 2018 the Company completed 1’851 cremations. It is 5.9% less compared to the same period in the 2017 (1’968). During the first half of 2018 revenue of AB K2 LT, compared to the same period in 2017, increased by 3.8%, reaching €692 thousand. Net profit for the period decreased by 71.1% compared to the same period in 2016 to €64 thousand.
This year’s first half results were affected by increased non-recurring expenses associated with the approved expansion strategy.
The Company adjusted its previous forecast for 2018 and expects to reach 4’000 cremations thus reaching €1.4 million revenue.
