Health Services Integration (“HSI”) Announces Return to Local, Private Ownership

SANTA ROSA, Calif., Aug. 28, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Health Services Integration (“HSI”) will be returning to a local, privately owned entity following a strategic acquisition from its parent company Syncordia Technologies and Healthcare Solutions (“Syncordia”).

HSI is a globally recognized leader in Revenue Cycle Management (“RCM”) for the Emergency Medical Services (EMS) industry and was acquired by Syncordia in 2014.  Following the acquisition, HSI will once again become a local, privately owned corporation.

“HSI has a strong history dating back to 1999 and became synonymous with transparency and excellence in customer service,” said Chief Operating Officer Marc Mariani. “We are thrilled to be returning to local hands and to focus on re-investing in all core facets of the business that we have become known for.”

Material investments are expected to be utilized directly for infrastructure, software and of course, optimizing the overall customer experience.

HSI will be operating business as usual following the acquisition and will be focusing on client relationships and the healthy project pipeline ahead.

The transaction is expected to close August 31, 2018.
