Following the strategy shift announcement on August 6th, 2018 AB K2 LT Board of Directors (“Board”) approved the incorporation of UAB Rekviem LT a subsidiary owned 100% by AB K2 LT. UAB Rekviem LT was incorporated on September 4th, 2018.
