Madrid, september 25th, 2018- MASMOVIL Group, the fourth largest telecommunications operator in Spain, has exceeded the number of 6 million mobile customers. This milestone has been posible thanks to the good commercial momentum of the Group which is leading this year, as well as last year, the market of acquisition and portability of customers in Spain, for fixed broadband and mobile.

In addition, this milestone was produced also by the continuous growth of each of its brands: Yoigo, MASMOVIL, Pepephone and Llamaya, which, in their respective market segments, and month by month, increased their total customers base thanks to an offer based on fair prices and with an excellent quality of service (*has the fastest broadband network, both fiber and mobile according to different studies).

According to the consultant GFK, all brands of the group lead the satisfaction of their customers in their respective market segments, for convergence and mobile only, being Pepephone, the most significant case of success, which has a NPS (Net Promotor Score) 60 points above the market average.

By the end of the first semester of the year, the group had 5.7M mobile customers, of which 4.4M are postpaid, and 1.3M prepaid. During the first six months of the year, the company added a total of 700,000 new mobile customers into postpaid and prepaid.

During this month of September, the Company has surpassed the 6 million of customers, which implies to have added more than 300,000 new lines in the third quarter. So far this year, the Group has added more than 1M mobile customers between postpaid and prepaid.
