MARTELA CORPORATION STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 10 OCT 2018 AT 12.00 A.M.
Martela Group has decided to further centralize its logistic, finance and sales support functions to Finland. Objective of this change is to streamline the company’s internal processes to better support customer needs. As a part of this change Martela has started co-operation negotiations in Martela Ab in Sweden.
In addition to streamlining internal processes, the aim of this change is to achieve 0.5 million euro savings in operating expenses, starting from 2019. Company expects this change to have some extraordinary costs in the last quarter of 2018.
