Nasdaq Tallinn declares the trades with Olympic Entertainment Group shares (OEG1T) executed on 10.10.-11.10.2018 failed transactions, accordingly to the Exchange’s Settlement Rules p 7.6.4.2 and Nasdaq Baltic Member Rules p 5.7.3. (i) and (ii) as the transactions have been executed due to unfortunate mistake and are not enforceable because of the corporate action based on law (squeeze-out).
The Exchange will cancel all the trades of OEG1T executed on those dates.
