The key terms of the agreement include, but are not limited to:
- Exclusive use of the trademarked names “Weeds” and “Mary Jane”
- The Goodwill, Knowhow and Systems of the existing business
- The acquisition of the online business
- The First Right of Refusal to purchase any of the existing Dispensaries in their Chain when they are granted a license.
- The ongoing long term consultancy of key management from WeedsG&G.
This agreement will place Quizam on the Cannabis forefront as it plans to open a minimum of 100 stores within 2 years.
