Fast-Growing Tech Enterprise Closes Third Quarter with 448 Stores Across North America
ORLANDO, Fla., Oct. 17, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- uBreakiFix announced significant growth for the third quarter of 2018, boasting a total of 40 new stores. These third quarter additions bring the brand’s total footprint to 448 stores across North America, marking a 135 percent increase from last year’s third quarter growth.
Fastest growing markets included Arizona with four new locations, as well as Alabama, Tennessee, and California, each with three new locations. uBreakiFix also grew its footprint in Washington and Utah, each with two new locations.
In August, uBreakiFix expanded its partnership with Samsung Electronics America to include the Samsung Galaxy Note 9, which launched on August 24. Under the partnership, uBreakiFix provides same-day, in-person authorized repair service to Samsung Galaxy mobile owners across the U.S. As an authorized service provider, uBreakiFix offers both in and out-of-warranty repairs at more than 350 locations nationwide, with most repairs completed in two hours or less.
In September, uBreakiFix teamed up with Google to provide free Pixel repairs for victims of Hurricane Florence. During the third quarter, uBreakiFix also entered into a strategic partnership with Servify North America. Servify is a global after-sales service technology platform working closely with top OEMs, telcos, retailers, and insurance providers to deliver seamless after-sales service experience to its consumers. This strategic partnership will enable Servify to deliver an excellent customer experience in North America via uBreakiFix’s professional walk-in service network.
