Today, on October 22, 2018, Tobin Properties AB (“Tobin Properties”) has requested to change list from Nasdaq First North Premier to Nasdaq First North. Consequently, Nasdaq Stockholm has today received an application to delist the company’s shares (ordinary and preference shares) from Nasdaq Stockholm First North Premier and to list the same shares on Nasdaq Stockholm First North. The current rules of Nasdaq First North Premier state that a listed company will be given observation status if the company request a delisting of the company’s shares.
