Chicago, IL, Oct. 23, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Zacks Investment Research, a leading provider of investment-related data, research, and commentary, has partnered with StockTwits, the largest social platform for investors and traders, to launch Zacks Charts of the Day premium subscription Room. StockTwits is the creator of the Rooms platform, a product that enables users to gain and share information from industry pros, on stocks or market trends, in an effort to better equip them to invest or trade. They can also be a way for investors or traders to create and interact with a personalized community of their peers who share their specific financial information interests. According to StockTwits, registered users of the platform generate and share more than 200,000 ideas and messages every day.
Zacks Charts of the Day Room will be a way for investors or traders to access daily charts of stocks on the move or in the news. Zacks Momentum Stock Strategist, Dave Bartosiak, will moderate the Room Monday through Friday. In the Room, Dave will provide a chart of a relevant stock each market day. “This can include stocks which are moving higher or lower, stocks reacting to or awaiting an event such as earnings reports or other major news of the day, as well as stock indexes and commodities that are in the news on a given day,” says Bartosiak. “I expect this Room to be a lot of fun, with free-flowing ideas and debate encouraged. I’m looking forward to finding the hottest stocks of the day and breaking down some charts.”
The charts will be analyzed by Dave using technical analysis and a discussion will be open for members to engage in. Follow up to these discussions will also take place when appropriate, to see what has transpired with the stocks since the charts were highlighted. Here, users will be able to learn about technical analysis, how markets and individual stocks react to news, and participate in question-and-answer sessions with Dave.
Room Rules: Participants must be considerate of others opinions. Negativity towards one another will not be allowed. It’s an open forum for people to engage with one another, learn and ask questions. There are no dumb questions.
