Paul Oetken on January 16, 2019, at 11 a.m., in Courtroom 706 of the United States District Court, Southern District of New York, Thurgood Marshall United States Courthouse, 40 Foley Square, New York, New York 10007, to determine whether (1) the proposed Settlement of the Action for $28,750,000.00 should be approved as fair, reasonable, and adequate; (2) the Plan of Allocation is fair and reasonable and should be approved; (3) the application by Class Counsel for an award of attorneys’ fees and expenses should be approved; (4) the Class Plaintiffs’ application for reimbursement of costs and expenses should be granted; and (5) the Action should be dismissed with prejudice as set forth in the Settlement Stipulation filed with the Court.
