On initiation of legal protection proceedings

Hereby AS „Rīgas kuģu būvētava” declares that on October 29^th, 2018 Riga City Vidzeme Urban District court resolved to accept an appeal of AS „Rīgas kuģu būvētava” on the Riga City Vidzeme Urban District Court’s judgment of October 02^nd, 2018, where the application for legal protection proceedings of the AS „Rīgas kuģu būvētava” was rejected.

An appeal will be reviewed by Riga Regional court, but the date of hearing of the case is not yet designated.
