eQuest Expands its Diversity and Inclusion Job Posting Network into Canada

Unique Distribution Channel Allows Canadian and Multinational Companies to Reach More Candidates and Satisfy Requirements under the Canadian Employment Equity Act and FCP

SAN RAMON, Calif., Nov. 13, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- eQuest today reported it has added a new diversity job posting delivery channel specifically designed to help companies in and outside of Canada meet their diversity, outreach, and inclusion requirements.

eQuest, already supports over 1,000 diversity customers, providing similar services in the United States under the guidelines of the OFCCP. The Canadian network is an obvious next step for the division’s on-going growth.

eQuest will provide a complete automated delivery service - to move jobs located in Canada from a company’s career site - to the entire network of Canadian boards. Interested candidates will be linked directly back from the board to the company ATS or CRM for resume submittal and source tracking. The network includes 19 separate Canadian career sites and search engines. There are no job board costs to pay. eQuest charges a nominal, once a year annual fee to post unlimited jobs through the network.

The network includes sites for veterans, disabled veterans, LGBTQQIP2SAA (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, questioning, queer, intersex, pansexual, two-spirit (2S), androgynous, and asexual), women, Aboriginal peoples, members of visible minorities as well as major job search engines like Google, Yahoo, Bing, and Nuevvo.

Nick Bradford, eQuest’s Global Diversity Manager said, “In today’s recruiting market we understand companies already have enough on their plate to meet its diversity obligations. With this in mind, we have created a network of career sites to increase job exposure in the diversity community while at the same time help meet a company’s diversity challenges.”

eQuest supports job posting and data analysis for customers using GoogleHire, Oracle/Taleo, Workday, Ultimate Software, Kenexa/IBM, SAP/Successfactors, iCIMS, Avature, and over 30 others.

The service is available now.
