(OTC PINK: TXHD), a cloud-based mobile SMS marketing platform provider, announced today it has completed a White Label agreement to partner with I-texts, Inc. (“I-texts”), accessing more than 40,000 nonprofits, foundations, corporations, education and healthcare institutions.

The I-texts agreement with Blackbaud and Rakuten provides the delivery of mobile marketing advertisements to their nonprofit members in exchange for a share in the revenues with both entities.

The I-texts SMS solution, powered by Textmunication, will also allow the nonprofits to communicate directly to their members for donations, volunteering, event management and overall updates. I-texts will offer affordable SMS service packages to nonprofits, universities and foundations across the world integrated into the Blackbaud CRM platform.
