Vogogo Cancels Stock Options


TORONTO, Nov. 22, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Vogogo Inc. (“Vogogo” or the “Company”) (CSE:VGO) today announces it has cancelled an aggregate of 18,485,951 stock options (the “Cancelled Options”) previously held by certain officers, directors, employees and consultants of the Company.  The Cancelled Options represent all of the previously outstanding option grants issued under the Company’s stock option plan (the “Option Plan”), and were comprised of the following:

The Cancelled Options were voluntarily surrendered by the holder thereof for no consideration. Under the Option Plan, the Company may grant up to 10% of the currently issued and outstanding common shares.  After giving effect to the Cancelled Options, the Company may issue 27,733,939 options under the Option Plan.
