Rightpoint’s Strength in Mobile Innovation Recognized with MarCom Award Win

Agency adds recognition to a list of continued award wins demonstrating its expertise in digital transformation

CHICAGO, Nov. 28, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Rightpoint, an independent customer experience agency with technology at its core, has been selected as a Gold Winner of the 2018 MarCom Awards, one of the oldest and most prestigious marketing and communication awards in the world. Rightpoint was recognized for revolutionizing how nonprofit Pelotonia fundraises for cancer research.

Pelotonia, an organization known for its cancer research fundraising, worked with Rightpoint to develop the PULLL app to help individuals turn their activity into funds to fight cancer. Rightpoint’s expertise in mobile technology and its ability to design and develop impactful experiences enabled the team to go all-in, implementing cutting-edge technologies and thoughtful features that created a way for individuals to help end cancer through their day-to-day activities.

“It’s an honor to be recognized for our work on the PULLL app, because it not only showcases Rightpoint’s strength in creating mobile experiences, but also the amazing work Pelotonia is doing for cancer research,” said Greg Raiz, Chief Innovation Officer at Rightpoint. “As an agency, we’re passionate about creating impactful experiences, and it’s with our deep foundation in designing and delivering innovative apps that Rightpoint is helping companies meet customer expectations in today’s mobile-first world.”

Rightpoint’s MarCom Award is not the first to highlight the agency’s continued momentum in its mission to be the agency of the future. The award joins a long list of achievements related to Rightpoint’s ability to help clients achieve digital transformation and its rich company culture, including the agency’s award-winning work with Children International that resulted in a 2018 Webby Award, finalist recognition for co-CEOs Brad Schneider and Ross Freedman at both the 2018 Digiday Worklife Awards and 2018 Stevie Awards for Great Employers, as well as a spot on the Dallas Business Journal’s Best Places to Work in 2018. Also recently, Rightpoint’s Jenn Dillon, Director of Operations Engineering in the Boston office, received a Silver Stevie Award for Employee of the Year in the Advertising, Marketing and Public Relations category. Jenn has been a pivotal contributor to the agency’s mobile capabilities.

“We’ve known from the beginning that to be a successful agency and do great work for our clients, we needed to create a values-driven workplace with a focus on our people,” said Ross Freedman, Rightpoint Co-Founder and Co-CEO. “It’s an honor to be recognized by these award organizations for our mission and work, alongside other companies that share the same vision. We’re impressed by the entire team at Rightpoint and will continue to celebrate diversity and be a place where people are proud to work.”

Rightpoint continues to innovate in the digital space, starting with mobile and extending to voice, IoT, and AR while helping clients thrive in their market by adopting a technology-focused mindset. The agency hopes to create even more noise in 2019.
