DALLAS, Dec. 03, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- TCQ Financial LLC (“TCQ”) announced today the filing of an Early Warning Report under Part 5 of Multilateral Instrument 62-104 – Take-over Bids and Issuer Bids reporting on the control and direction it currently has over securities of Quantum International Income Corp. (TSXV:QIC) (the “Corporation”).
On November 30, 2018, TCQ disposed of an aggregate of 3,750,000 common shares of the Corporation (the “Common Shares”). The 3,750,000 Common Shares represents approximately 5.23% of the 71,650,833 issued and outstanding common shares of the Corporation. Taking into consideration its current holding of Common Shares and the full exercise of all its 2,456,500 warrant to purchase Common Shares (the “Warrants”), TCQ currently has control and direction over 6,020,674 Common Shares representing 8.12% of all of the issued and outstanding Common Shares.
