Start of construction of the second stage of the residential project Gaiļezera nami (Riga, Latvia)

SIA Merks, part of AS Merko Ehitus group, has started the construction of the second stage of the residential project “Gaiļezera nami”. The completion of three 9-storey buildings is scheduled for the beginning of 2020. The first stage included three similar buildings with 96 apartments, which were completed in February 2018.  

The second stage of "Gaiļezera nami" residential development project (www.gailezeranami.lv) features three 9-storey buildings with energy class B. The buildings will be constructed in Mežciems, one of the greenest neighborhoods of Riga with well-developed infrastructure. There will be 96 apartments with balconies, the size of apartments ranges from 63–109 square metres. Closed parking places and storage rooms will be located on the ground floor. There will be several playgrounds, greenery and open parking places in the territory of the project, right next to lake Gaiļezers. The average price per square metre of the apartments will be 1,800 euros.
