(OTC PINK: FDBL) is pleased to announce, the Company has entered into a relationship with Vimeo, securing the necessary team, platform, technology and scalable infrastructure needed for deployment. Additionally, this relationship has provided Fan Pass an expanded offering, as the Company now plans to release the app on Apple iTunes (app store), Google Play, Apple TV, Android TV, ROKU, and the Web.

These strategic decisions have allowed the Company to continue its focus on fundraising, its agency/celebrity relationships and the organization of an initial three-event “Artist” roll out upon closing its current round of financing and officially launching the Fan Pass mobile application.
