PSI Ramps Up its Executive Leadership Team

New Roles Align the Company to Long-Term Strategy of Improving the Delivery of Healthcare

ARLINGTON, Va., Feb. 13, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Planned Systems International, Inc. (PSI), a leading provider of Health IT solutions to the federal government, is pleased to announce the expansion of its executive leadership team to include the appointment of Pamela Graff as Chief Strategy Officer and Justin Bacon as Acting Chief Growth Officer. These new roles will further align PSI’s corporate structure with its long-term strategy of improving the delivery of healthcare and becoming the partner of choice for its government customers.

Pamela Graff brings over 20 years of experience providing executive leadership to government-focused healthcare companies, including holding senior management positions with Northrop Grumman and SAIC. Prior to founding her own company, QuarterLine, in 2009, Pamela worked for a private equity firm where she led the corporate turnaround of a national healthcare company. She also spent time with the Department of Veterans Affairs developing a 20-year plan to improve the healthcare delivery for our nation’s veterans. In her role at PSI, Pamela will work to unify operations and solutions, focusing on strategic growth areas and new capability target areas.

Pamela holds an undergraduate degree from Purdue University, and completed her postgraduate studies in International Economics at the Institut d’Etudes Economiques in Brussels, Belgium.

Since 2012, Justin Bacon has served as senior vice president at QuarterLine, providing day-to-day management of the company’s healthcare and technology business units and overseeing all business development activities. Under his leadership, QuarterLine realized an average YoY growth of 38% with strategic wins in the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Department of Defense (DoD), U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), National Institutes of Health (NIH) and Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC). Prior to QuarterLine, Justin worked for Booz Allen Hamilton, focusing on Cybersecurity Engineering within the civilian and commercial sectors.

Justin’s role at PSI will include translating the company’s growth strategy into well-defined tactical plans for execution and working with PSI to gain efficiencies and synergy within the company’s various business units. He holds a B.S. degree in Corporate Finance from the University of Delaware.

“Pamela and Justin are the clear choices to help guide organizational transformation and lead PSI into the future. We’re excited to welcome them both into the PSI family,” said Terry Lin, CEO. “The additions of these experienced healthcare leaders will position PSI for continued growth as we build on our momentum to deliver value and support our Government clients in their mission to improve the delivery of healthcare.”
These new leadership roles build on PSI’s recent acquisitions of QuarterLine and KINEX, Inc. Both broaden PSI’s health IT and cybersecurity capabilities to better serve the company’s federal, state, local and commercial clients.
