Chicago, Ill., Feb. 13, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The AZEK Company, parent corporation to leading manufacturing companies AZEK Building Products, Versatex, Scranton Products, and Vycom, has announced the recent appointment of Sallie Bailey to its board of directors and chair of the company’s audit committee. 

Bailey served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Louisiana-Pacific Corporation (NYSE: LPX), a leading manufacturer of engineered wood building products for residential, industrial and light commercial construction until her retirement in July 2018. Prior to joining Louisiana-Pacific, she served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Ferro Corporation. Bailey has also held various senior management positions of increasing responsibility with The Timken Company, including Senior Vice President, Finance and Controller.
