“Confluence is a fantastic, growing company that is well positioned to deliver innovative solutions to the industry it serves,” said Todd Moyer. “As our clients engage with changing regulatory requirements and seek to gain operational efficiency, I am excited to lead the charge to partner with them to use data and technology in new ways and deliver transformational results.  And our clients’ trust is earned by the amazing work done by the Confluence team that impresses me every day with their innovation and commitment.”

“Todd has been an integral part of Confluence’s dominance of the RegTech marketplace for asset management today,” CEO Mark Evans said. “He’s a leader who gets the best out of his teams, and brings a vision for the use of data and technology that has been a pacesetter for the industry. Todd’s proven ability to establish and maintain key client partnerships, and deliver record-breaking growth, position him as the perfect person to take the reins as Confluence continues to be an industry pioneer, helping our clients drive the success of their own businesses.”
