Colfax Completes Acquisition of DJO Global, Inc., Schedules 2019 Outlook Conference Call


Annapolis Junction, MD, Feb. 25, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Colfax Corporation (“Colfax”) (NYSE: CFX), a leading diversified technology company, announced that it has completed the previously announced acquisition of DJO Global, Inc. from an investor group led by private equity funds managed by Blackstone for $3.15 billion.
