CEO Arve Regland has today informed Entra's board of directors that he will resign from his position in the summer 2019. Regland is leaving Entra at his own request to take up the position as CFO in Fredensborg AS.

Regland was first employed as CFO of Entra in January 2014, and he had a central role in the IPO of Entra in the autumn of 2014. He was appointed CEO in February 2015.

- Regland has done a very good job in leading the development of Entra as a listed company to the position the company has today. Entra has over the past years set new records when it comes to customer and employee satisfaction and increased the focus on sustainability and technology development. During the same period, the profitability and value of the company has increased substantially. The company is highly regarded in the capital markets and is well prepared for the future. The board would like to thank Arve for his great efforts during his five years with the company and wish him all the best with new challenges, says Siri Hatlen, Chair of the board.

- It has been a great pleasure to work with so many nice and competent colleagues throughout the last five years. It will be sad to leave Entra, but I am confident that Entra will continue to develop its position as the leading property company in Norway, says CEO Arve Regland.

Regland will remain as CEO in Entra until 30 June 2019.

The board of directors will immediately start the search for a new CEO.
