TORONTO, March 01, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The percentage ownership interest of Brompton Financial Services Inc. (“BFSI”) of 181 Bay Street, Suite 2930, Toronto, Ontario, M5J 2T3 in the common shares of Brompton Corp. (“Brompton”) has increased as a result of a consolidation of common shares on the basis of 1 post-consolidation common share for each 320,000 common shares held prior to the consolidation (the “Consolidation”) and in respect of which no fractional shares were issued. As a result of the Consolidation, BFSI now owns 33.33% of the common shares of Brompton. BFSI may purchase or sell other securities of Brompton in the future depending on market conditions and other factors material to its investment decisions.
