Child Abuse Experts Gather In Toronto for 3rd Annual National Meeting


TORONTO, March 04, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Today, Boost Child & Youth Advocacy Centre (Boost CYAC) will host representatives from across Canada for the 3rd National Child & Youth Advocacy Centre Meeting. This meeting will bring together child abuse experts from CYAC’s across the country to develop a unified message and create a National Agenda with the goal of building and enhancing the sustainability of all CYACs across the country.

The recent reports on the prevalence of child sexual abuse across Canada highlights the importance of this annual meeting. It is a time when dedicated child abuse professionals from every province and territory come together to further the positive impact of CYACs at the community level to better protect children and youth.
