Singla joins as the People Analytics leader continues to experience significant growth as organizations look to transform the workplace via a data-driven approach for unprecedented transparency, productivity and profitability

PLANO, Texas and PUNE, India, March 04, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Sapience Analytics, the market leader in the rapidly growing People Analytics segment, today announced that seasoned global business and technology leader Rohit Singla has been appointed president of the company’s fast-growing India operation.

In his new role, Singla will report to Bradley Killinger, CEO, Sapience Analytics, and will have responsibility for leading the company’s Research & Development center in Pune, India, to drive growth and continued technology innovation.

Shirish Deodhar, current president of the India operation, will now assume the role of chief strategy officer with a focus on executing Sapience Analytic’s strategic multi-year business plan to drive new revenue opportunities, potential mergers & acquisitions, and other regional growth opportunities.

Singla has over 21 years’ experience at world-class companies including GE, World Bank, Morgan Stanley, NXP and BMC. He brings a rich breadth and depth of corporate and consulting experience in disciplines ranging from engineering, solutions delivery, business operations, strategy and change management. Most recently, Singla was a key leader at BMC. While there, he made significant contributions in business-critical areas, including transforming the India Engineering Center into a customer-centric strategic competitive advantage.

“I’m extremely excited to join Sapience Analytics – a company with a fantastic management team, a great product, and a true employee centric organization with solid customer-centric execution. Given my first-hand experience in seeing the phenomenal productivity improvements Sapience Analytics can bring to an organization during my tenure at BMC, it makes my role of chief product evangelist easy to assume,” said Rohit Singla, president of Sapience Analytics India.

“I am very excited to be able to add someone with such a strong track record of success across different companies, cultures and roles. It is a testament to the success we are having, and I am confident Rohit is the right executive to lead our India operations and regional growth strategy. I am also very excited about the vision and value Shirish will bring to the chief strategy officer role. His continued leadership and contributions will pave the way for our aggressive growth agenda,” said Bradley Killinger, CEO, Sapience Analytics.
