TORONTO, March 04, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Gravitas Financial Inc. (CSE: GFI) (“Gravitas”) announced that David Carbonaro has decided to retire. He has tendered his resignation as a director of Gravitas effective immediately and also will be resigning from his positions as an officer and director of all Gravitas controlled entities and affiliates.
Mr. Carbonaro acted as the Chief Executive Officer of Gravitas from July 2013 to June 2015 and continued as a director of the Company until now.
