Sustainable Transparency Template
Jyske Realkrdit publishes Sustainable Transparency Template.
The template has been produced to provide investors investing in Jyske Realkredit bonds an overview of the Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) and the distribution of energy generation inputs for properties financed through Jyske Realkredit, as well as. This provides investors with an insight into the energy performance of the properties for which Jyske Realkredit has granted loans, as well as the distribution of energy resources used in the properties, including the proportion of the total energy consumption derived from renewable energy sources.
The template is produced for Capital Center / cover pool E and will be published on a quarterly basis on Jyske Realkredit’s homepage jyskerealkredit.com.
