TORONTO, March 25, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- In accordance with regulatory requirements, Dundee Corporation (TSX: DC.A) (“Dundee”) announces that its wholly owned subsidiary, Goodman & Company, Investment Counsel Inc. on behalf of managed accounts, has acquired 1,500,000 flow-through common shares of Cantex Mine Development Corp. (the “Company”) pursuant to a private placement at the price of $1.00 each for aggregate consideration of $1,500,000.
Immediately prior to the acquisition of securities described in this news release, Dundee owned or controlled 2,714,545 common shares and 2,000,000 warrants of the Company, representing an approximate 10.98% interest on an undiluted basis and 17.64% on a partially diluted basis. Immediately following the acquisition of securities described in this report, Dundee owned or controlled 4,214,545 common shares and 2,000,000 warrants of the Company representing an approximate 10% interest on an undiluted basis and 14.1% interest on a partially diluted basis.
