Formerly a Deloitte partner with more than 25 years of experience, Stacey’s expertise lies in creating and implementing sustainable, systematic and integrated solutions for internal control/enterprise risk programs on a cost-effective basis. She has extensive experience serving life science companies in the areas of SOX, enterprise risk management, system and organizational controls reporting, information technology, corporate governance, internal audit, compliance programs and financial processing/reporting. Prior to her tenure with Deloitte, Stacey had direct experience working as a regional controller, systems implementation project leader (including implementing/configuring Lawson, Oracle, Workday and SAP) and director of internal audit/compliance. She holds a BS in Accounting from Drexel University and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts (AICPA).
