Seattle, Washington, March 27, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Bar Cotto, a Parma-style salumeria and cocktail bar on Capitol Hill, has announced new ownership under Brandon Barnato. Located on 15th Avenue between East Pike & East Pine Streets, the lounge has expanded on former owner Ethan Stowell's signature dishes of pizza, salumi, and international cured meats.
“I’d always found Bar Cotto to be classy and inviting. It has a rustic authenticity that carries through the menu. The places that I fall in love with are those that I feel the most welcomed,” said Brandon Barnato, new owner of Bar Cotto. Beyond the core options of pizza and salumi, you will see a mix of added options, along with both new and familiar staff. Barnato’s vision is to have a harmonious blend of food, vibe, and service to honor and expand from Stowell’s foundation.

Bar Cotto will open it’s inviting doors on Tuesday, April 9th, 2018 at 5:30PM for an introductory event to celebrate the new ownership, revamped menu and revitalized wine and cocktail program. The new offerings include highlights such as antipasti, pizza, pasta, and a list of harvest-centric specials including a wine list that is curated from hand-selected Washington State vintners, along with Tuscan and Piedmontese producers. The cocktail list aims to celebrate the liquers, amarros and spirits of northern Italy.
