Bezons, April 1st, 2019 - 8:00am - RIBER, a global market leader for semiconductor industry equipment, is announcing an order for a production MBE machine in France.
RIBER received a purchase order for a 412 P system from 3SP Technologies (3SPT) in order to increase 3SPT’s production capacity of optoelectronic components.
3SPT, a subsidiary of O-Net Communications, is specialized in the field of fabrication of high-performance laser chips and modules. Those optoelectronic components allow to meet the needs of increasing data rates in optical fiber communication networks and data centers.
The ordered equipment will be delivered by RIBER to 3SPT in 2020.
