Associa Cares Donates Funds to Help Assist Westbridge Condominium Residents

Chantilly, VA, April 08, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Associa Community Management Corporation (CMC) has donated funds to assist homeowners affected by the fire that hit the Westbridge Condominiums through its national non-profit organization, Associa Cares.

The fire that broke out late last year on the 2500 block caused damage to 10 units and displaced several homeowners. The D.C Fire Department and EMS arrived on the scene quickly and kept the fire from spreading throughout the building and causing more damage.

“Associa CMC is dedicated to our community and committed to helping residents in their time of need,” stated John Tsitos, CMCA®, AMS®, PCAM®, CMC president. “Associa Cares provides direct grants to those who have lost their homes or been displaced due to a natural or man-made disaster. During these delicate times, we understand that even a little help goes a long way and we wanted the residents to know that Associa cares. We would also like to thank the first responders for their swift actions that kept our residents safe.”

Associa Cares funds are distributed to families of Associa-managed and non-Associa managed communities. To donate to Associa Cares or apply for assistance, please visit our website at http://www.associacares.com/.
