Western Rim Properties to Introduce Three New Rental Property Projects in the DFW Area This Spring

DALLAS, April 09, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Western Rim Properties has been growing its development portfolio over the last 30 years adding in excess of 25,000 property units to its rental complexes that span across the state of Texas. The firm is gearing up to open the doors of six new communities in its popular luxury style apartment complexes over the next several months during 2019. These new additions come after a very successful year for the firm who also announced the opening of several new projects during its expansion operations throughout the last five years. Similar to the projects coming this year, the communities are strategically positioned in and around city center locations, focused around top business and shopping districts to align with the interests of today’s renter populations.

“Our newest developments feature over 200 units each and will be rented out at market rates that sit affordable when compared to other high-priced city rental options. Western Rim is able to keep rentals among the median levels of the going rental rates in their areas to ensure continued interest and long-term tenancy.” shares CEO and founder of the firm, Marcus Hiles. Among its properties that will open in the upcoming year, the firm will introduce three of the communities this spring that all are in and around the DFW area. Two key locations will be of focus for the development firm that has projects across other Texas cities such as San Antonio, Houston, and Austin. The new complexes will be positioned in the Northern Dallas City of Farmers Branch as well as within the Eastern Suburb of the city Rowlett.

As far as accommodations, these properties are set to offer one to four-bedroom options in both townhouse and apartment style living. Western Rim develops properties with high end finishing in units’ interior designs while also ensuring energy conscious appliances. “At Western Rim we are proud to develop communities that focus on energy efficiency and ensure all of our properties meet ENERGY STAR® guidelines to provide sustainability, optimal health and reduced utility costs for tenants.” shares Marcus Hiles who continues to build out new ways to ensure affordability in his firm’s rental projects.

Also important to their tenants is the green space and community living areas each development provides. The three properties opening this spring will accommodate tenants with outdoor spaces including pools, recreational areas as well as open green space. All of the properties are also pet friendly and offer dog parks and other pet maintenance accommodations. Catering to an array of renter demographics, the buildings will provide higher end options as well such as separate garages and balconies. Western Rim Properties’ focuses on ensuring all of its properties have these amenities that have become part of the interest and needs of today's renter populations that is made up mainly of younger professional and family demographics.

With both the suburb locations of Rowlett and Farmers branch described as growing, upscale communities in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, these areas have become a key focus of growth for the firm. “With over $1 billion in development in each Texas city, our projects focus on being positioned in and around the major investments taking shape throughout Dallas-Fort Worth and other major cities we are breaking ground in. This works to ensure there are long-term professional opportunities and improved lifestyles for the renters of our communities.” adds Marcus Hiles.
