Truckstop.com Promotes Trent Broberg to Chief Operating Officer; Opens Chicago Office

Expansion further positions company for continued growth and will help drive product innovation and incremental customer value

ORLANDO, FL (TIA Capital Ideas Conference), April 10, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- One week after announcing a strategic recapitalization with ICONIQ Capital, Truckstop.com, the internet’s first load board and the largest SaaS freight matching marketplace in North America, announced the promotion of Trent Broberg to Chief Operating Officer and the opening of a new office in downtown Chicago.

“Trent has been an extremely valuable member of our team, and we are proud to announce his promotion to Chief Operating Officer,” said Paris Cole, CEO, Truckstop.com. “Trent’s experience within the logistics industry gives him valuable insight into the unique challenges and concerns facing our customers. His time leading Customer Success at Truckstop.com, combined with his industry relationships will be key as we continue to innovate and extend customer value through advanced technology.”

“This is a very exciting time to be in transportation and technology,” said Trent Broberg, COO, Truckstop.com. “The digital transformation that we’ve seen in healthcare, finance, and retail over the last decade is now impacting the freight and logistics industry, and we’re going to see some big changes.
