Investing in People, In and Out of the Office

Tempe, AZ, April 22, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Valley Management Group continues to expand across the state of Arizona as well as the nation. Growth is definitely the goal for 2019, and this private sales and marketing firm is off to a great start in quarter one!

To kick off the new year, The Valley Management Group promoted, Assistant Director, Anthony Richmond to Director of Sales and Marketing in Denver.  Shortly afterwards, Arizona-grown Marketing Manager, Eydmar Angulo, who spearheaded the expansion in Cincinnati last year, made moves to Iowa to take on new clients and new territories--and this team is not slowing down.

When asked how The Valley Management Group is able to sustain this frenetic growth, Director of Operations and Owner, Kurtis Spahr, emphasized employee development.  “Our Management Training Program is unparalleled. We invest heavily in ambitious individuals who are looking for an opportunity to be groomed into leadership roles within our company.”

Assistant Marketing Director, Miguel Garcia says his experience has been nothing less than enriching.  “I’m excited to take this next step in my career with the company in Colorado.  The management training has pushed me to grow both personally and professionally.  I aim to implement this business model in Ft. Collins, so those willing to take on a new career can gain the same financial freedom and entrepreneurship that I have.”

Lily Ward, is in the process of expanding their market reach to Prescott and attributes her fast advancement to her continuous development with her leaders.  “Working with The Valley Management Group has changed my life in many ways. I have grown through the program successfully with the constant support of my team.  I feel it’s important how the company gives each person the skills and tools needed to be successful not just in business, but in life.”

Part of the management training curriculum includes organizing community outreach events.  “I think a crucial aspect of employee development reaches beyond just mastering business managerial responsibilities and leadership skills.  To be a well-rounded and responsible leader, it’s paramount to not only improve the lives of the company’s team members but to also enhance the community we live in,“ stated Hau’oli Kaholokula, the Director of Talent Management.  “One of my favorite memories so far this year was hearing one of our team members share her story on how touched she was while we were preparing a meal at The Ronald McDonald House and how her family had benefited from the same service when she herself was hospitalized.”

“This month we worked with the ARIS Foundation to distribute food, clothing and toiletries to the homeless here Tempe. It was a great experience and I look forward to our monthly volunteer events even more than our team outings,” commented Executive Administrator, Amberly Scherek.

It’s evident that The Valley Management Group is doing something right.  Who wouldn’t enjoy working with a company that not only invests in its employees’ development but also invests its time and resources back into the community as well?
