Atari announces first day of trading on Nasdaq First North in Stockholm

Paris, April 25, 2019 – Atari SA (“Atari” or the “Company”) announces that today is the first day of trading of its shares on Nasdaq First North Stockholm, the market for growth companies in the Nordic region. As a reminder this listing does not give rise to any issuance of new shares by Atari.

In the course of the process initiated and presented in early April 20191, Atari has conducted a retail offering of Swedish Depositary Receipts in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland through Nordnet AB. The conditions, mainly regarding the establishment of a minimum free float have been met and trading will commence on this day of April 25, 2019.

The Atari shares are represented by Swedish Depositary Receipts (SDRs) and will trade under the ticker “ATA SDB”. Each SDR corresponds to one Atari ordinary share.

Frédéric Chesnais, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer and main shareholder of the Atari Group, declared: “We are thrilled by the interest that investors in the Nordic region have shown in our group. Atari has retained Redeye AB to act as Certified Adviser and Cirio Advokatbyrå AB as Swedish legal advisors in connection with the intended listing.
