Cowen Announces Placement of $45 Million in Senior Notes


NEW YORK, April 25, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Cowen Inc. (NASDAQ:COWN) (“Cowen” or the “Company) today announced that it has entered into several Note Purchase Agreements (the “Note Purchase Agreements”) with certain institutional investors relating to the private placement of $45 million aggregate principal amount of the Company’s 7.25% Senior Notes due May 6, 2024 (the "Notes").  Pursuant to the Note Purchase Agreements, the issuance of the Notes is subject to the satisfaction of certain customary closing conditions set forth in the Note Purchase Agreements.
