Clikia Enters into LOI with Wisconsin Airport; Location to Serve as Company's Permanent Private Jet Charter and Aircraft Maintenance Operations Hub

TREGO, WI, April 29, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- via NEWMEDIAWIRE – Clikia Corp. (OTC PINK: CLKA) announced today that it has entered into a letter of intent with a Wisconsin general aviation airport for the establishment of the company’s planned charter and maintenance headquarters. CLKA is not aware of any impediment to its executing a definitive long-term lease by the end of May 2019.

“We are very encouraged with the local airport commission’s understanding that a long-term lease commitment is an absolute necessity for us to commit the capital required for first-class jet charter and aircraft maintenance operations,” said Dean E. Sukowatey, CLKA’s recently installed CEO. “Our headquarters will be located in a high-demand, short-supply geographic area within a high-demand, short-supply private jet charter industry. Our location is ideally situated to provide charter services to many of the world’s leading frac sand companies that own frac sand mines in Wisconsin, but which are based in Texas, Colorado and Oklahoma,” added Mr. Sukowatey. “We are confident that our charter service will provide the required convenience, reliability and cost-effectiveness to all of our customers.”
