Retail and CX Banking Leader Joins CapStar

O’Bryan managed branch network, brings Wealth division and Customer Experience expertise


NASHVILLE, Tenn., May 03, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- CapStar Bank has hired Customer Experience and Retail Banking expert Jennie O’Bryan as Consumer Banking Director. O’Bryan will be responsible for CapStar’s Retail, Private Bank and Wealth Management divisions.

A native Nashvillian, O’Bryan was previously Vice President and Regional Manager of the Wealth Management Group at U.S. Bank, where she has spent the past 35 years. Other roles there include serving as Customer Experience Manager for its Midwest Division and Metro Midwest District Manager for the Nashville market. She is a graduate of Furman University’s School of Retail Bank Management and was management advisor for U.S. Bank’s local Development Network. She has actively supported Habitat for Humanity and United Way has served on the board of Junior Achievement.
