(NASDAQ: EXPI), has named Dave Conord and Stacey Onnen as Co-Presidents. Conord will continue to lead growth and retention, while Onnen will remain focused on operations. Together, they will collaborate with eXp staff and agents on a variety of initiatives as the company continues to be one of the fastest-growing real estate brokerages in North America.

Conord joined eXp Realty in December 2018 to lead the U.S. growth and onboarding teams. He has implemented and expanded a number of key initiatives, including the teams program and agent joining process.
He has nearly 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. Conord was an owner/partner of multiple Keller Williams Realty market centers throughout the Mid-Atlantic and led one of the regions to No. 1 in the company for growth within three years. At Long & Foster Companies, Conord developed professional and leadership training for sales managers and agents.
Onnen joined eXp Realty in March 2018 to run eXp Realty brokerage operations, including compliance, risk management and state license laws. She created a uniform standard for eXp Realty brokerage operations and helped expand the company to all 50 U.S. states.
She has more than 20 years of real estate industry experience, and also is a professional speaker, trainer and certified continuing education instructor. Prior to eXp Realty, Onnen was a designated broker and regional manager at a national real estate brokerage, overseeing more than 2,500 agents.
