Along with the new client launch, CEO Joe Pavone Jr. and V.P. Tristan Windsor have recently been engaged with a local college, Lewis University. Both Joe and Tristan were asked to partner with Lewis University where they had been asked to hold a Sales Excellence class, which would allow graduates a chance at a career opportunity with S.C.M.G. “My success relies on my ability to teach and develop others,” explained Joe. This week they were asked to evaluate the students for their final exam for the Sales Excellence Program. For the end of the semester, the students and Lewis University, awarded Joe and Tristan with an Honorary plaque thanking them for their time spent teaching the Sales Excellence class and overall for their engagement with the students during the semester.
