(NASDAQ: MOMO) American Depository Shares (“ADSs”) between April 21, 2015 and April 29, 2019 (the “Class Period”). The complaint alleges that throughout the Class Period, defendants made materially false and misleading statements regarding the company’s business, operational and compliance policies.
