Pursuant to section 30 of the Danish Capital Market Act, we hereby announce that IC Group A/S has received information from Nordea Funds Ltd. that it has reduced its shareholdings in IC Group A/S on 16 May 2019 by 1,435,218 shares of DKK 10 each.

As a result of this reduction, Nordea Funds Ltd. has no shareholding in IC Group A/S.
