LOS ANGELES, May 21, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- OG DNA Genetics (“DNA” or the “Company”), a globally recognized leading cannabis brand, today announced a licensing agreement (the “Agreement”) with Copperstate Farms LLC, a producer and distributor of medical cannabis in the U.S., for the exclusive license to cultivate, manufacture, sell and distribute DNA Genetics branded cannabis products in the State of Arizona.
The Agreement will grant Copperstate Farms license to the DNA brand and access to their proprietary library of award-winning genetics for use at Copperstate Farms cultivation in Snowflake, Arizona. The approximately 1.7 million square-foot facility includes more than 40 acres of glass greenhouses for cultivation.
