MANAGEMENT CHANGE IN LOGISTICS DIVISION

Eddie Green, EVP and Head of DFDS' Logistics Division, is moving into a new role in DFDS.

Eddie Green has developed Logistics Division to a business with an annual revenue of DKK 5.3bn in 2018 since taking over in 2010 when revenue was DKK 3.4bn following the acquisition of Norfolkline. EBITDA has in the same period increased more than four times.

"I would like to thank Eddie for an outstanding performance as Head of Logistics Division, which he has made a much larger and more important part of DFDS and for his contribution as a member of DFDS' Executive Committee", says Torben Carlsen, CEO of DFDS.

Eddie Green (61) will now move back to UK to lead DFDS' Cold Chain logistics business which is becoming an increasingly important part of the division and a future key growth area.

Niklas Andersson (45), currently Head of Nordic and Continent business units in
Logistics Division, is appointed new EVP and Head of Logistics Division from 1 September 2019.

Niklas Andersson has extensive experience and wide knowledge of the logistics industry from a broad career in logistics before joining DFDS in November 2012.
